BOCA RATON, Fla. March 26,  2024– Integrated Dermatology, the country’s largest independent dermatology provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of distinguished healthcare leader Tushar Ramani, M.D., as the company’s new chief executive officer.

Tushar Ramani, MDRamani brings to Integrated Dermatology a unique combination of clinical expertise gained as a former anesthesiologist, along with entrepreneurial success as the founder and operator of several nationally prominent healthcare service companies. In his new role, Ramani’s strategic vision will include expanding the company’s dermatology partner network, implementing new technologies to enhance support services, and driving innovation while continuing to deliver high-quality dermatology care.

After two decades as chief executive officer and executive chairman, Jeff Queen is transitioning to the role of co-executive chairman of the Board alongside Andy Queen. This strategic shift allows them to refine their full-time focus to further contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.

Jeff Queen will continue to lead business development initiatives, drive growth, and explore new opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Meanwhile, Andy Queen will maintain his role leading corporate recruiting, focusing on staffing, information technology, and other special projects.

In this capacity, he strategically positioned the company for organic growth and acquisitions, aligned physician partners with corporate strategic plans, and cultivated a corporate culture in line with the mission, driving results for physicians and shareholders.
